Newwave Communications Africa (PTY) Ltd. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the acceptable use of Newwave Communications Africa (PTY) Ltd’s (“Newwave Africa”) internet services and network (“Services”). 3. User Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for any activity that occurs under their account, even by unauthorised users.
  • Users are encouraged to report any suspicious activity or security breaches to Newwave Africa immediately.

4. Enforcement

  • Newwave Africa reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for any violation of this AUP.
  • Newwave Africa may take legal action against users who violate this AUP.
  • Newwave Africa reserves the right to revise this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.

5. Additional Terms

  • This AUP is incorporated into and subject to Newwave Africa’s Terms of Service.
  • In case of any conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the terms of this AUP shall prevail with respect to acceptable use.
